Edwin Weaver

Edwin Weaver has been helping people in tough situations his entire life. He has helped businesses, non-profits and government organizations. He believes that in most conflicts, relationships are key. He also believes that most relationships can be repaired. They will not be the same, but there can be a resolution to help everyone move forward.
Edwin, is a graduate of Pepperdine University’s Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution. He earned a Masters in Dispute Resolution. While attending he placed second in the university’s mediation competition and earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his study of Restorative Justice.
Edwin is a Senior Faculty for the Trauma Resource Institute that developed a set of six wellness skills called the Community Resiliency Mode ® or CRM for short. Edwin has trained hundreds of people in the Model. The training can be a great way to offer your team a chance to discuss self-care as well as how to manage stressful situations. These trainings can be as short as one day or can be done as a two-day training and everything in between.
